Corrections Policy
If Borough Signal gets something wrong, we want to know. Meaningful corrections stay attached to the work.
What to send
Include the article title, URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate and a reliable source supporting the correction. Use the Corrections option on our contact page.
What happens next
An editor reviews the note, checks the original sourcing and contacts relevant parties when needed. We do not promise every disagreement will result in a change, but factual claims receive a serious review.
How changes appear
Material changes receive an editor’s note describing what changed and when. Updates that add newly available information are labeled as updates. We do not erase the publication history to make the work appear flawless.
