MAKE THE COMMENTS WORTH READING
Community Guidelines
Borough Signal comments are for useful, specific conversation about New York. They are not a public punching bag.
Be specific and human
Disagree with ideas without degrading people. Add context, firsthand knowledge or a useful correction. Do not post threats, harassment, slurs, sexual abuse, doxxing or repeated personal attacks.
No manipulation
Fake reviews, coordinated promotion, undisclosed commercial pitches, repetitive links, bots and impersonation are not allowed. Businesses may correct facts without pretending to be customers.
Moderation
Comments may be held, limited, edited by their author during an edit window or removed. Accounts may be suspended for repeated or serious violations. Reporting a comment sends it for review and does not guarantee removal.
